One student who attended Jacky's one-on-one session said "Jacky was really encouraging about learning, she broke the process down with clear explanations and demonstrations.. She is patient and so generous with all her knowledge, always giving pointers and repeating demonstrations when needed. Working with Jacky has really given me the confidence that I can continue developing these skills more independently. That said, every session with her is so fun and I'm always excited and thinking about when I can return next!"

Another workshop participant said "I spent a wonderful morning with Jacky learning about all things metal. We covered soldering, forming shapes and manipulating metal in various ways. Her knowledge and skill really seep through when you spend time with her. She is very encouraging and her artistic passion meant that not only did I learn practical techniques during our session but I also had a chance to reflect and develop some of my own ideas through our inspiring conversations."

Jacky is enthusiastic about working with others to realize their creative potential, no matter their background, through excellent differentiation that responds to their needs and aspirations. With a flexible and confident approach, Jacky offers participants a variety of ways to develop their ideas, supporting them to work in a way that has personal significance, whether in subject matter, the physical creation of the piece, or the development of new found skills.

Jacky's experience allows her to take creative risks and encourage participants to experiment with ideas and processes, pushing boundaries and ensuring that everyone leaves with a real sense of achievement. She has worked with a variety of groups, from families to pensioners to museum/art groups, and has taught at primary and secondary schools, pupil referral units, foundation courses, and undergraduate levels.
