Jacky has taught widely across the UK, in both informal and formal settings, working with people from a range of backgrounds and varied experiences. Facilitating workshops with children as young as 3 through to pensioners and participants with dementia. She has taught on foundation in art and design and undergraduate courses. Working with over 40 schools,  Jacky has worked with both mainstream, SEN and SEMH pupils, as well as teaching in Pupil Referral Units. Jacky has also supported teachers through the Crafts Council and aims to help young people gain creative confidence and craft skills.

to every session Jacky teaches is ensuring that the participants are offered a variety of approaches. This allows them to find their own way of working, learn new or, improve on existing skills, explore ideas creatively and gain a real sense of achievement and enjoy themselves. Creative workshops are the perfect place for people of all abilities to appreciate the importance of individuality and personal interpretations of a subject, where everyone’s voice and creative journey is equally valuable.
